Why choose the Young Programme?

Why choose the Young Programme?

The Young Programme, established in 2002, began with the Young Scotland Programme in Glasgow and expanded across the UK and Ireland by 2005. Our unique initiative offers intensive three-day events focused on public speaking, debate, group discussion, and presentations from thought-provoking speakers. These events are open to individuals aged 18 and over who are in the early stages of their careers, with no upper age limit to encourage those who may have entered their careers later.

Public speaking, often seen as intimidating, is a key focus, with expert coaching to help participants overcome their fears – boosting confidence and improving presentational skills. Invaluable advice is given to enhance communication skills in a range of styles.

By removing participants from their everyday work environment, the Programme allows them to focus on their development without typical workplace distractions. Moreover, participants gain valuable networking opportunities by connecting with individuals from diverse fields and backgrounds. But don't just take our word for it, read comments on our Testimonials page from clients and former delegates.

In short, our events strive to:

* Enhance communication skills and presentational abilities

* Inspire personal confidence

* Expose participants to a wide range of ideas, thoughts and life experiences

For further details on this unique, educational experience, please see our Brochures and Upcoming Events pages, or get in touch using our Contact form.

We hope to see you at the Programme soon!
